Refund Policy:

1. Scope: This refund policy applies to all services provided by InnovateX, including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, UI/UX design, and any other services offered by the company.
2. Refund Eligibility:
   • Clients are eligible for a refund if InnovateX fails to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified deadline.
   • Refunds are not applicable if the client receives the services before the agreed-upon deadline, regardless of satisfaction level.
3. Refund Process:
   • Clients must submit a formal refund request in writing, clearly stating the reasons for the refund claim.
   • The request for a refund must be submitted within 7 days of the missed deadline.
   • InnovateX will review the refund request and assess the validity based on the circumstances surrounding the missed deadline.
   • If the refund request is deemed valid, InnovateX will process the refund within 7 business days from the date of approval.
4. Refund Amount:
   • The refund amount will be determined based on the proportion of work not completed within the deadline.
   • Any expenses incurred by InnovateX up to the point of refund approval may be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Exceptions:
   • Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
     • Client-requested changes or delays that contribute to the missed deadline.
     • Force majeure events such as natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of InnovateX.
     • Client dissatisfaction with the quality of services provided, unless it directly relates to failure to meet the deadline.
6. Communication:
   • InnovateX will maintain open communication with clients throughout the service delivery process to address any concerns and mitigate potential issues.
7. Modification of Policy:
   • InnovateX reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to clients through our official communication channels.
8. Governing Law:
   • This refund policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
